Breakin’ Convention CLT, a celebration of hip hop culture, will be at Levine Center for the Arts October 13th to 15th.
In addition to the ticket performances, there will be free lunchtime performances throughout the week, at Levine Center for the Arts Plaza, and a free Street Jam at Spirit Square:
Breakin’ Convention Lunchtime Performances
Free lunchtime performances will also take place the week leading up to the festival on the Levine Avenue of the Arts, Monday, October 9th, to Friday, October 13th, 11:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. These events are free to the public.
Street Jam
Starting at 12 p.m. on Sunday, October 15th, the festival will wrap up with Street Jam at Spirit Square (345 N. College St.). The final event is free fun for the whole family, with live DJs, cyphers, dance workshops and more to celebrate the closing of Breakin’ Convention 2017.
