Silent Book Club

With Silent Book Club, you show up with whatever book you’re currently reading, and you sit and read it. It’s that simple. From 9:30 to 10 folks arrive, get food and drinks and chat with each other. Then from 10 to 11 a.m. they read. Then at 11 a.m. the shop opens for the day. It’s strongly recommend that you bring a chair or blanket to sit on! Seating goes quick!
Oh, You’re Reading Again Book Club

This is an in-person and virtual book club meetup! The March book club pick is “Parable of the Sower” Octavia Butler, a a dystopian novel set in LA in 2024 amidst a world descending into madness, war and more. Come by on March 27 or join the Zoom discussion (link forthcoming) to discuss the story with others. The leaders of the book club provide guided questions and split folks up into groups so you have a chance to meet other readers.
