Ultimate Dinosaurs focuses on lesser-known, more recently discovered dinosaurs of the Southern Hemisphere. These dinos are from South America, Africa and Madagascar. So, you won’t meet T-Rex, which lived in the North Hemisphere, but you will meet Giganotosaurus, which might be the largest land predator of all time.
There are casts of 16 dinosaur skeletons, from the tiniest to the hugest. But there are also authentic dinosaur fossils that you can touch, a microscope to zoom in on the smallest details of several artifacts, and films that show the beasts in motion.
Some of the dinosaurs represented in this exhibit roamed the Southern Hemisphere 116 million years ago.
