Leading up to the UNC vs. Duke men’s basketball game on Saturday, February 6th, 2021, the student newspapers of the two schools are competing in an annual challenge of their own.
The Daily Tar Heel and the Chronicle are competing to see which newspaper can raise the most money leading up to the game. Student journalism is more important than ever, providing an independent voice to the campuses and beyond. The student newspapers also are training ground for our next generation of professional journalists.
Donate to one of the student newspapers.
Leading up to the game, the Chronicle and Daily Tar Heel are hosting a Duke/UNC trivia challenge with both Chronicle and DTH alumni and friends.
The online trivia challenge will take place Thursday, February 4th, 2021, at 7 p.m.
Monetary prizes will be awarded to top winning teams or individuals.
