Uptown Pops, a popular FREE event, returns to Romare Bearden Park, 300 South Church Street, on Friday, June 12th, 2015, starting at 5:30 p.m. The event starts with a food truck rally. Bank of America will donate $.40 for every purchase from a participating food truck made with a Bank of America credit or debit card to the fight against AIDS. You’re also welcome to bring a picnic. At 8:15 p.m. Charlotte Symphony will perform, and at 9:30 p.m. The Goonies will be shown.
