“Walk Your Neighborhood” event in Plaza Midwood

Plaza Midwood is inviting neighbors to get out and explore the neighborhood by foot at the “Walk Your Neighborhood” event on Saturday, November 7th, 2105, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Check in at Pizza Peel, 1600 Central Avenue. You’ll receive a wristband that will entitle you to special deals throughout Plaza Midwood, and an event map. There will also be games and activities going on. The first 150 people to check in get a free #WalkCLT t-shirt. There will be raffles, a scavenger hunt for kids (that is, for kids to participate in, not a scavenger hunt to find kids), a three-legged race, and a two-legged race.

Then get out and explore. Local businesses will have deals and giveaways. Just a few of the deals, giveaways and raffle prizes:

  • The Pizza Peel & Tap Room: FREE garlic knots + $20 in High Roller Loot for the raffle
