A Walking Vibe Hosts Look Good! Heal Good!, a men’s mental health event, at Weathered Souls Brewing, 255 Clanton Road, Charlotte, NC, on June 11, 2023, from 12 to 4 p.m.
The event is designed to provide men with a supportive and empowering environment to discuss mental health issues, including trauma, therapy, and other relevant topics.
The event is donation-based, and attendees can contribute any amount they wish to support mental health awareness and the services provided by A Walking Vibe.
The first 20 guests to arrive at the event will receive a complimentary gratitude journal to encourage positive mental health practices.
In addition, attendees will enjoy complimentary haircuts, cigars, and other activities throughout the day.
The event features a panel of therapist and breakdown sessions where licensed therapists will provide valuable information on mental health resources and support services. The event is open to everyone, regardless of gender, and anyone interested in men’s mental health is encouraged to attend.
