Drive-in Movie: Nightmare Before Christmas
The Town of Waxhaw is hosting a Halloween Drive-In Movie on Friday, October 30th, 2020, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., at Forest Hill Church, 8120 Kensington Drive, Waxhaw, across from the Harris Teeter.
They’ll be showing The Nightmare Before Christmas on a 25-foot screen. Listen on your FM radio.
The cost is $10 per carload. Come dressed in costume and win prizes for best dressed!
Registration is required and space is limited.
The Nightmare Before Christmas, from Disney and creative-mind Tim Burton, is a fun-filled musical fantasy of Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town, who is bored with his same old scare-and-scream routine. Jack discovers the joy of Christmas Town and decides to fill Santa’s boots, but his merry mission puts Santa in jeopardy and creates a nightmare for good little boys and girls everywhere! Featuring a marvelous mix of characters and 11 ghoulishly captivating songs by Danny Elfman — it’s frightful fun for the whole family!

Register for your load-in time:
2:30 p.m.
3 p.m.
3:30 p.m.
4 p.m.
4:30 p.m.
Decorate your vehicles and come in costume. Prizes given to best decorated vehicles/costumed characters. Decorate your car to match your costumes! Stay in your car and drive thru the downtown parade route, be greeted by costumed business owners, and receive a goody bag filled with candy and coupons from participating downtown businesses.
Drive-in Movie: Jumanji
The Town of Waxhaw is hosting a Drive-In Movie on Friday, November 13th, 2020, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Forest Hill Church, 8120 Kensington Drive, Waxhaw, across from the Harris Teeter.
