Blue Blaze Brewing, at 528 South Turner Avenue, is hosting the WestEnd Chili Cook-off on Saturday, February 25th, 2017.
If you think you’ve got what it takes, enter your chili. The only requirement is that you need to use at least twelve ounces of the Blue Blaze beer of your choice. You need to buy a growler. ($7 for the glass, and $10-$16 for the fill.)
The winner gets a $25 Blue Blaze gift card and, more importantly, the title of “Best of the West.” All contestants will receive a Blue Blaze military style hat.
Is your talent more in the eating of chili than the cooking of chili? Then you’re in luck. Samplers are needed. It’s free to sample the chili, and vegan and kid-friendly options will be available.
Sampling is 1:00 – 4:00
Voting 1:00 – 4:30
The winner will be announced at 5:00
