Western NC Hurricane Relief Potters Market Dec. 14

Shop for unique gifts, while supporting Western NC artists affected by Hurricane Helene, at the WNC Hurricane Relief Potters Market.

The market takes place Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at The Park Expo and Conference Center, 800 Briar Creek Road, Charlotte, North Carolina.

Admission is free, but parking is $10.

All the potters in this sale are from areas impacted by the hurricane and have suffered damage to their homes/studios and/or have suffered lost income due to cancellation of other shows & events, and/or the drop in tourism in WNC during the prime selling season.

Participating potters were identified in conjunction with very well known pottery events and organizations, including Potters Market at the Mint, Spruce Pine Potters Market, Potters of Madison County, Toe River Arts,and Odyssey Clayworks/River Arts District.

Organizers have absorbed all costs for the show so potters just have to show up and sell their wares. Admission to the show is free, though donations are suggested that will go to organizations in WNC, selected by the potters, that are providing important support to artists and their communities.
