Take a free fitness class at the iconic Metalmorphosis sculpture! Whitehall Corporate Center, 3700 Arco Corporate Drive, Charlotte, NC. If you’re not familiar with Metalmorphosis, it’s a huge reflective human head and it’s incredible. Sadly, it’s still not rotating, but it’s still a very impressive piece of art.
X-Treme Hip Hop Aerobics at Metalmorphosis takes place Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 5 p.m. It’s free! Enjoy hip hop choreographed exercises offering a total body workout. Register for the class here.
