As of Saturday, May 23rd, the U.S. National Whitewater Center is offering more of their activities, but with reduced capacities.
At this time the following activities are available:
- Whitewater rafting
- Some zip lines
- Some of the ropes courses
- Hawk Jump 100 ft
- Hawk Jump 60 ft
- Climbing
- Flatwater kayaking
- Whitewater kayaking
- Mountain biking (including bike rental)
- Hiking trails
The above is subject to change. Weather and trail conditions also affect the schedule.

All concerts, festivals and races have been rescheduled or canceled through June 13th, 2020. Check back soon to see if any will take place this summer.
Summer camps are taking place as scheduled.
More Information on the Whitewater Center’s Resuming Activities
- Guest Services queue areas and Activity queue areas have been lengthened to encourage adequate spacing between individuals
- Disinfection of all equipment will take place pre and post use
- There will be continuous disinfection of surfaces, counters and door handles
- Annual passholders will redeem their pass verbally rather than utilizing fingerprint scanners
- All retail operations have lowered capacity by at least 25% and taken measures to promote social distancing
- The Whitewater Center is currently hiring for a variety of part-time/seasonal roles. Visit the employment page for more information.
