On Friday, June 24th, 2016, tens of thousands of kids and adults at aquatic facilities around the world will unite for the seventh year in a row to make noise that Swimming Lessons Save Lives.™ A global event, The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson™ (WLSL), will take place over the course of 24 hours at an estimated 500 locations in more than 20 countries.

Date: Friday, June 24, 2016 at 1:30pm
Register: The event is free and open to the community but you must register by June 22nd to participate. Spots are limited – call now (704) 341-9673.
Ages: Six months and older. Those under the age of three will go in the pool with a parent.
Arrive: Between 1:00pm and 1:20pm to sign in and receive your packet. Late arrivals cannot join in.
Record Attempt: Starts exactly at 1:30pm EST. Participants may NOT enter the pool after 1:25pm. Lesson is 30 minutes long. Remember learning to swim is a process and not a single day event.
