
Kickstart the spring season with a FREE 4-week series, Yoga for Mental Health. The classes are led by Sara Cain-Da Costa.
Each session will include:
- Gentle Flow Yoga: A 45-minute class infused with practices specifically crafted to support your mental health, helping you feel rejuvenated and centered.
- A Supportive Environment: Connect with others in HopeWay’s warm, welcoming space while accessing local mental health resources.
- Group Discussions: Thoughtful conversations that inspire and uplift, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding.
Yoga for Mental Health takes place on Wednesdays, May 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2025, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., at HopeWay, 1717 Sharon Road West, Charlotte, North Carolina.
Registration is required, and you’re encouraged to attend all four sessions.
